54 sources, 137 claims. Every source has a page showing what this platform has drawn from it, where that appears, and when its status was last checked with the publisher. 31 of 54 sources have been read.

By status — the guideline atlas
What the publisher says, and when this platform last checked. A status is never inferred from a document's age.
- Current — 49
- Superseded — 1
- Under review — 1
- Status not established — 3
By year of publication
The oldest source this platform relies on was published in 2009; the newest in 2026. Age is not a status: an older document may be perfectly current, and the status column says which.

What cannot be explored here, and why
The Definition of Done for this phase asks for exploration by trial and by translational topic as well. This platform holds no trial records at all — no trial registrations, no trial results, no registry identifiers — so a trial facet would be an empty page with a promising name. Translational material is explorable through the domain facets above rather than as a separate axis, because the eleven translational claims are all already reachable there.
There is no free-text search of the evidence, and no filter that combines two facets at once. The local search enhancement filters topic names and reading depths only; it does not search the evidence catalogue or combine its facets.
