The Register
What this platform is missing
Every figure on this page is computed from the repository each time the site is built. Nobody maintains it, which is the point: a hand-written list of gaps drifts into a list of gaps its author was comfortable admitting. This one gets worse the moment something is acquired and not finished.
Content has been reviewed and approved. This register records evidence and coverage boundaries in three classes. Unacquired means a named document exists and has not been read — the response is to read it. Unresolved means material is held and cannot be published — the response is named against each item. Unknown means the platform cannot state the thing at all, and the response is usually not ours to make.
Unacquired — 23 sources cited and unread
Each is a real document whose existence, publisher, date and currency have been confirmed. No claim on this platform derives from any of them. Resolution: read the document.

Why a page like this is normally impossible
A register of absences can only be honest if it is computed. Every number above comes from the same files the pages are built from: the unacquired count is sources with no claim citing them; the withheld claims are those whose review_status the validators refuse to render; the pending relationships are edges without evidence; the gaps are declared in each concept's own file. Content approval is checked against the owner-confirmed content snapshot before the site is built.
None of it can be improved by editing this page, because this page has no content of its own. The only way to make the Register shorter is to do the work.
Computed at build time from 54 sources, 137 claims, 96 relationships and 9 concepts.
